This is an estate-looking pub that seems to have had a bit of money spent on it. Mainly open plan this is a modern interior with a few areas offset to sit in. Very food led and family friendly the pub seems very corporate looking and rather bland in atmosphere. There is a pool table to o e side and 2 handpulls on the bar. Sadly the beer is fizzpop or Doom Bore. Beer garden available. A fairly generic gastropub.

The Shrimper is a fantastic place. It has quiz night every Wednesday with free hot pot,YUM YUM also it has Karoke every Friday evening. The atmosphere is a very welcoming one and the staff are very friendly. The food is great too they serve food 12-2 and 5-8 monday to Saturday and serve a lovely roast on Sunday 12-7. So go along and enjoy.
