Strongers . left this review about Verona
Verona Kitchen & Bar is an Italian restaurant that was busy with dining groups of young ladies during a recent Tuesday evening visit. I felt a bit out of place so I asked the woman who was greeting people as they walked in if it was OK to just have a beer, “most certainly, please make yourself comfortable in the bar area”, happy days! The bar area is actually two small tables in front of the short central bar counter that is surrounded by seating to the left, along the windows to the front and up the right. Bare boards run through and there is some tiling around the bar counter that support a limited range of premium keg. The was some background music playing and regular live music was advertised, think solos and duets. I though this place was very friendly, but it is more of a restaurant so I wouldn’t go just for a beer again. Maybe I’ll pop in for some food if I ever find myself in this area again.
