An impressive looking pub from the outside. Ornately decored exterior belies a rather mundane interior despite the rather fancy ceiling and lights. A single room and spartanly decored. Its a bright enough and clean interior but nothing special. No real ale so keg bitter and lager. Popular on Liverpool match days.

Called in here new years day after watching Liverpool not many in but everybody was friendly enough looked as if half the pub was not on use very run down and had seen better days shame like a lot of these big Liverpool pubs all struggling over heads will be very high
