A Sizzling Pub place. Fairly generic inside and the pub is wide and thin. The central servery has a total of 6 handpumps with a bank of 3 at each end of the bar. Open plan with what amounts to 3 areas to sit (left, centre and right of the servery). Only 2 ales on, sadly, with Doom Bore and GK IPA on today. The pub is not as good as its neighbour The Nags Head though neither are particularly great anyway.
