My only quibble was that wherever I sat by the windows it was draughty. And in the winter that's not too good for this middle-aged codger.

A splendid looking Victorian pub and close to Crosby village. The pub is now one room, with a long bar facing you. The pub is comfortable and has three ales on handpump, which are also in good shape. I much prefer the old pub when it was a two roomed pub, split by a central bar, it then had a lot more character and a few more characters using the pub.
