The Two Hundred was a box shaped estate pub that was close to the busy rochdale road.
I think this pub was called Two Hundred to commemerate 200 years of brewing at Boddingtons brewery.
Once inside the pub was quite smart and also comfortable with bench seating and the lounge was carpeted,this pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Boddingtons mild and this was a nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
Despite the outside appearance this pub was quite a nice place to have a drink in.
I think this pub may have been demolished.
