Another massive Holts pub, but this one is a red brick, relatively new bulid, not one of their classics. There's a nicely decorated lounge at the front and a taproom to the rear with a pool table. There are a couple of big TV's around the place. It has the feel of an estate pub. Lots of handpumps on the bar, but only Holts Bitter actually available, which was in good nick. I sat down in the lounge and was joined almost immediately by a very friendly ginger cat. It's a decent enough pub, but very much a locals local.

This is my local, a typical drinkers pub for people who like a few drinks everyday. There is a pool table although if you want a game don't go on a Thursday night as this is the pool teams practice night. If you fancy a quiet Sunday afternoon drink it's a good day as there is darts and crib too. There is also a social club and social events which occur. Friendly bar staff and a good quiet drink

The Sidings is a large modern 80s built pub that is on a busy road but away from the middle of Levenshulme.
Once inside there was a large comfortable lounge and a decent sized bar i had a drink in the lounge, this pub is a Joseph Holts tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Holts mild and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Holts bitter.
The pub was fairly busy on my friday afternoon visit and the atmosphere seemed fairly relaxed.
