The Railway Tavern is a Sam Smith’s pub with a central U-shaped bar counter that supports their own keg and OBB on cask. The traditional décor stretches around all the different seating areas, including a snug and serving hatch. I could have written more about this pub, but after spotting the spy camera in the ‘6’ of the clock behind the bar I decided that I couldn’t be bothered sneaking around making notes, and I refuse to go out armed with a pen and pencil in case I stumble across an SS pub.

Excellent Sam Smith's local with their usual low beer prices and a largely unspoilt interior.
