The Park View is an Admiral Taverns basic estate boozer that is currently up for short term lease. The long thin interior has a bar in the rear wall to the left of the entrance and seating throughout. There is a pool table and dartboard to the right. Televisions are located throughout for airing live football. The bar supports standard keg and I didn’t see any food advertised, although there is a large car park out the back. This is a local’s boozer that I imagine gets a bit lively on a Friday and Saturday night. I’ll not be revisiting.

The Parkview is an estate pub that is in a fairly decent area of higher blackley.
This was quite a smart pub inside i had a drink in the room at the front which seemed more like a lounge,when i visited this pub it was a Burtonwood tied house and there was one real ale on the bar this was Burtonwood bitter and this was a decent drink.
This pub is mainly a locals pub but the atmosphere seemed ok to me and i was happy enough having a drink in here.
This pub is still open.
