The Nags Head is larger than your average Craft Union pub with banquette seating areas either side of the central front entrance, and a bar counter up the left that faces open plan seating with a mix of high and standard tables to the right. Sky Sports is advertised, but the large televisions were off due to a quiz being in progress during my recent Tuesday evening visit. The service was polite, but only standard and premium keg was available. In the right rear is a stage, this pub’s Facebook page suggests that there are regular live entertainment events. A decent local, but the lack of cask will turn many off.
