The Lion and Lamb was a fairly large pub that was on the busy victoria avenue.
There were a few rooms in this pub and i had a drink in the bar which was a fairly decent room,this pub used to be a Wilsons tied house and there was one real ale on here this was Wilsons bitter and this was quite a nice drink.
Sadly this pub has been pulled down and there is nothing on its site.
