The Brewers Arms is a decent looking pub that is a short distance from the Talbot.
When i went in this pub it was branded as a cask ale house,once inside i went into a decent room that was bare boarded and had normal tables and chairs,this pub used to be a Whitbread tied house and there were four real ales on the bar i had a drink of Mitchells ESB this was a nice well kept drink the other beers were Chesters bitter, Marstons Pedigree and Whitbread Castle Eden bitter.
I quite liked this pub and i was happy enough having a drink in here.
