The Black Bull Inn was a large stand alone pub that was situated just to the north of Middletons town centre,the pub was set sideways onto the main rochdale road.
Once inside the pub had a few different rooms and i had a drink in a lounge type room that had seen better days.
When i visited this pub it was a Bass tied house and there were no real ales on the bar,i had a drink of keg Bass Special which was a pretty poor drink.
Having been in most of Middletons pubs this one was one of the poorer ones that i have visited.
