Newly refurbished bar that I happened to visit on their official reopening day. It may be open, but it certainly didn't look finished. The walls were bare and there were still wires hanging from holes over the bar where the bar lights were going to be. It's now a lounge bar rather than a pub with a restaurant at the rear and a small beer garden at the back. There was a pool table under covers on the right hand side. I assume this will be used at some point. There's no real ale and a pint of San Miguel was a very reasonable £3. At the moment it's a bland, featureless box, so there's a lot of work left to do here.
