The Bay Horse has an L-shaped bar counter on the left wall that faces a seating area to the front and tables up the right hand wall. In the window to the right of the entrance is a small stage area and at the rear is a long seating area that runs off to the right. At the end of this area is a pool table. Televisions were showing muted ITV News and there was background music playing. Closer inspection of the décor revealed it to be a bit tatty, and the exposed brick wallpaper looked like it had been put up in a hurry. The bar supports standard and premium keg and the lone handpump was unused. The service was polite and the locals harmless enough, but I don’t intend to revisit.

The Bay Horse is a plain looking white painted pub that is in the haughton green area of Denton.
Once inside the pub had a couple of rooms and i had a drink in the bar which was a decent room to have a drink in,the pub had Wilsons signs outside but there were no Wilsons beers on the bar,there were two real ales on i had a drink of John Smiths bitter which was on handpump,this was quite a nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
This was a decent pub and i was happy enough having a drink in here.
