The Aces was situated on a pretty grim estate in the west gorton area of Manchester.
The pub did'nt look that clever from the outside so i was surprised once inside to find some real ales on the bar,there were a couple of rooms in the pub and i had a drink in the bar which was a fairly decent room.
There were four real ales on here and i had a drink of Joseph Holts bitter which was a very nice drink the other beers were Wethereds bitter, Oldham mild and Boddingtons bitter.
I was quite happy having a drink in here and i think it is a shame that the pub has now closed down.
