This is a thin Irish bar with a stage at the front for the live music that is held from 9pm on Saturdays and 6pm on Sundays. There are two hand pumps on the bar, but these probably haven’t seen any action for years. However, I was served a decent pint of Guinness by the friendly barmaid who was involved in some friendly banter with the couple of locals in attendance. There is an old TV at the back of the pub, but the Sky Sports sticker in the window is from last year so I’m not sure if it is still aired.
There is an outside area to the rear of the pub which could do with a clean.
