No cask. Two hand pumps with clips turned round, one clearly Adnams Ghost Ship but couldn't make out the other but at least suggesting there is a chance of cask here. Keg offering was rather basic of Guinness, Inch's, Moretti, Cruz, Brixton Reliance Pale Ale, Fosters and Red Stripe.
Traditional corner location with some outside seating. Inside the bar counter is in the rear left-hand corner with some tall stool seating along the length of the bar counter. There is a DJ booth in front of and to the left-hand side of the bar counter. Tiled around the bar counter but otherwise bare boarded. Regular tables and chairs plus some tables fitted around pillars with tall stool seating around. Several TV screens showing the evening footy action on my visit. An extension of the main bar area over to the right-hand side of the venue provided some additional seating including some tan leather banquettes against the far-right hand side wall.

This pub dates from at least the late 19th century and was formerly a Charrington’s house, recently reverting to its original name in March, having been known by more names than Liz Truss.
The interior is very modern in a fake traditional way, with a bare boarded floor, burgundy walls with white window reveals and a black ceiling. The bar back is modern dark ceramic tiled, furniture conventional normal or tall, with décor in the form of eclectic trendy prints. And no lock on the cubicle. Customers were few, young professional and local
At the time of my Thursday 9.20pm arrival, I was confronted with a reversed Ghost Ship clip and another, anonymous, so it was a half of Neck Oil, £3.35, served by barmaid who seemed relieved to have something to do other than gawp at her phone screen.
Superficially pleasant, this place is a bit sad, but that’s E10 for you; go to the Coach & Horses.
