A bar amid a parade of shops on West Ealing's Uxbridge Road, this is no frills and predictably there's no real ale on show (although a half of Guinness was a snip at £1.60). A narrow frontage, but a room which deepens upon entry, the bar is up a couple of steps and against the left-hand wall. A pool table resides beyond with upholstered bench seats against the right-hand wall. There's also some cluttered seating as you enter to the left. A couple of features to notice are the large figures which sit in ascending positions inside either side of the entrance, including a Cowboy, Native American, old style golfer in plus fours, pirate, knight in armour and boxer. There's also a nice stained glass canopy above as you enter. Still, it's rather rough around the edges, so envisage a swift half in here if crawling / ticking W13.
