This is seemingly a Caribbean bar and restarant. There were a couple of Jamaican flags on display, one covering the front of a DJ booth/lectern, plus a photograph of Bob Marley was on one of the walls. There were a couple of framed photographs of a lady called Lady Lez, who must be less famous (and probably less late) than Bob Marley, as I had never heard of her. It looks more bar than restaurant – there was no sign of food when I wandered in at around 3.30 PM, but a board on one of the walls advertised jerk & chips (£3.50 or £4.50); jerk chicken; and curry goat.
There’s no real obviously, but I deemed it appropriate to have a half of Red Stripe. Furnishings are massively solid wooden tables, hard wooden benches, and a bit of banquette seating. There’s a pool table at the back, and some bench seating outside on the right.
It’s not the usual sort of place that I patronise, but on the plus side it was open when I walked past.

Amaryllis is a small corner pub that is close to the Sun of Camberwell pub.
Once inside there is a small narrow single room which runs to the rear, the serving bar is to the front right, bench seating runs down the left side, there was a TV to the right showing the Arsenal game, there is also a pool table to the rear.
There were no real ales on the bar or keg bitters, this left me with the choice of Guinness or Amstell,i opted for the Guinness which was ok.
The sign outside states bar and kitchen,i saw no sign of food being served or likely to be served.
This is a very basic pub that is probably best left for the likes of me to review.
