Visited 24/11/25. Visited previously 18/12/21.

Four handpumps, two unused, the other two dispensing GK IPA and their London Glory. Keg was Inch's, Cruz, Fosters, Hazy Day, Amstel, Guinness, Peroni, Stella and Level Head.

Traditional venue, a long'ish rectangle parallel to the road, the frontage shrouded in scaffolding on my revisit. Inside the bar counter sits along the rear wall in the middle section of the venue. To the right of the entrance, it is carpeted with a pool table and a couple of fruit machines either side of a TV on the wall showing recorded footy action. The right-hand wall is very ornate, mirrored with leaded glass and a door, locked shut, providing entrance to the theatre. The area in front of most of the length of the bar counter is ceramic tiles with a couple of banquettes supporting tall tables with a step up into a carpeted area in the large front bay window with some regular tables and chairs. The area over to the left-hand end of the venue is bare boarded with some booth tables with some regular tables on way to a carpeted rear area partly the other side of the bar counter with a mixture of seating options - the area feeling like it was mainly for diners. There is a beer garden out the rear of the venue with the doorway in the corner of this rear seating area. Lighting was low and rather disco based soundtrack playing on my visit.

The Brockley Jack has a central tile floored bar area with a serving counter across the rear that faces a couple of high tables that back onto a raised seating area across the front windows. On the bar is a selection of standard and premium keg products alongside four hand pumps, two of which were unused and the other two badged with Greene King beers were reverse clipped, so I ended up with half a Stella. To the right of the bar is a carpeted area with a pool table and high tables that are faced by a television on the rear wall that was airing muted Ally pally darts via Sky Sports while some background music played. To the left of the bar is a wooden floored seating area with a second television that was showing muted Channel 4 afternoon programmes that nobody was watching. In the rear is a rectangular red stripe carpeted area with tables that the polite staff were setting up for Christmas dinners, I assume there was a party later in the day. I thought it was ok in here, but a GK pub with hit and miss ale isn’t going to make it onto my revisit list.
