I popped in here on a week night recently and all the beer had run out except for the Carlsberg which was being changed. I asked the barmaid if the pub was shut and she snapped that they had been busy. It didn't seem that busy to me as the front of the pub was empty and there were a dozen or so intimidating regulars playing on the two pool tables and watching Sky Sports on the massive plasma screen.
I didn't like the staff or the clientele and there was no beer – I'll not be rushing back.
