Visited 07/04/26. Visited previously as Andrea 47 Ludgate Hill on 11/12/23.
No cask. Keg offering of Guinness plus four of their own branded, the Chop Chop Session Lager (brewed by Purity), the Bengal Session IPA (also brewed by Purity), the Tavern Pale Ale (brewed by Brick) and the City Porter Milk Stout (brewed by Black Sheep).
Tiled venue with long island bar in the centre of the ground floor floorspace. There are some booth tables in the front windows, a leather banquette down the left-hand wall serving regular tables and attractive armchairs the other side thereof. There are some tall tables and unbacked stools at the rear of the ground floor. High ceiling, wood panelling, and a decent soundtrack with no screens made this a pleasant space to have a beer. There is a downstairs area with banquette and regular seating with the main focal point being the pool table.

This is now called Andrea 47 Ludgate Hill.
It is a sister venue of Andrea Adam’s Court, and part of a small bar chain (not surprisingly called Andrea’s Bars) operating from, currently, these two City sites.
In truth little has changed from its previous incarnation (Ludgate Hill) and its version as part of the Jamie’s empire (less of an empire now) prior to that. It is somewhat more comfortable than the manic Fleets opposite. Had a pint of Peckham Sesh IPA on my visit but noticed they had some Blck Sheep quaffs in bottles on my quick visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Jamies Ludgate
Modern bar / restaurant which is much less interesting than the building that houses it. The brickwork façades feature various architectural flourishes, and the near-rectangular interior benefits from a high ceiling and windows on three sides. Furniture around the island bar is divided about 50:50 between tall tables for those just looking for a drink and standard-height dining tables further back. Very limited draught beer selection - just Amstel and Krusovice (£5.50, but thankfully served in the proper tall handled glass) - with a small range of bottled offerings (including Spitfire and St Peter's Organic) also advertised).
