Komakino . left this review about The Bull Bar & Grill
Re-opened as a public house prior to Christmas 2016 after having experienced a brief sojourn as a café. This former two-roomer has now, alas, been opened up and forms a rough L-shape with the former island bar now operating as a central servery. The previous old school charm has been replaced by a lighter and more sterile affair with screens blasting out a music channel on my visit. The solitary ale was an OKish Windsor & Eton Guardsman at £3.50 a pint. There is a slight nod to the past with a glass display cabinet holding a variety of nick-nacks from the pub's previous incarnations between two of the large bay windows which is a nice touch. Not much evidence of the 'grill' side of the business, a small chalkboard over the right-hand extremity of the bar offering four varieties of Panini notwithstanding (mind you, they'd probably taste of football stickers).

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Bull Inn
A proper, old-fashioned (in a good way) pub, retaining separate lounge and public bars (the latter with a pool table). Traditional furniture and decor. Also has some rather less attractive patio seating out back beside the car park. More importantly, the 'Good Beer Guide 2013 Listed' signage, Cask Marque accreditation prominently displayed, 1/3rd pint tasting glasses poster, nibbles on the bar counter and a friendly welcome all indicate good things... Pride, 6X and Seafarers are the regulars now, with Betty Stogs on as the guest when I called in (£3.35, and in cracking form). Overall, well worth seeking out.

Bucking Fastard left this review about The Bull Inn
The Bull has two very different bars. The public bar is popular with the under 25's ,has a pool table and was busy even on a Monday evening with young girls standing outside on the pavement. The lounge is more of an old man's (or women's) bar and is a throw back with 1970's decor. The piped radio added to the retro feel.Three real ales are on permanently ,namely London Pride,Adnams Bitter and 6X,which doesnt get the pulse racing but the guest beer which changes regularly was an IPA from the Copper Dragon brewery which was excellent,no need to move of it for the session.Pub food is available but no one was eating when I was there, but the beer is a sufficient recommendation.Thoroughly deserves the GBG entry.
