This used to be a regular for us in the early/mid-'80s, largely because you could get served here underage without attracting too much attention.
It was a bit dingy with a very traditional interior with much décor probably dating from the 1960s.
Stone's bitter was pretty much all we drank because it was dirt cheap, probably because this pub isn't in the most desirable part of SW3 - food could comprise whole burgers, microwaved. At the time, there was a pool table upstairs.
I think the last time I came here was about 1990 and it really wasn't very pleasant, but a loss is a loss is a loss.
