The Nags Head is at the bottom end of the main shopping street.
Once inside there was one L shaped room with a pool table at the front left,the room was carpeted and had a mixture of tall tables and smaller ones we sat at a smaller one near the window watching the world go by,there was a raised seating area towards the rear of the pub this had leather settees in it.
This pub is a Batemans tied house and dissapointingly there was only one real ale on the bar this was Batemans XB and this was a very poor drink that was on its way out.
This pub was ok but it could have been a lot better if the beer was kept better.
