Please note that as of April 2010 'The King's Head' is now under new ownership. It has been completely refurbished and the staff both front of house and in the kitchen have changed. The King's Head prides itself on warm & friendly service, excellent food and good value for money.

poor quality food, barely warm, small portions.
staff not interested in good customer service, I explained my disappointment to the manager, who wasn't at all interested. I would give this pub a miss until they can sort out the kitchen problems.
The meal was overpriced and not the pleaseant experience I had expected.
