The Boars Head is a smallish Batemans tied house that looks down the hill to the town centre.
Once inside this pub there is one room that is fairly basic but comfortable enough,there were a couple of Batemans beers on the bar i had a drink of Batemans XB which was a very nice drink.
This is a fairly decent pub that has'nt been ruined yet.

Small Bateman's Pub situated near The cattle market.
Basic one roomed pub.
Serves good local Bateman's beers,but expensive in comparison to other Louth pubs.ok if you like a quiet pub.
