Standard S&L place. Huge in size with no real ale at all.

The Slug and Lettuce is situated on the busy high street
Once inside there is a large square shaped room with the bar facing,the main area is bare boarded and has tall tables and chairs,there are slight raised areas to each side of the entrance,these areas are carpeted and have normal tables and chairs.
There was one real ale on the bar which was Shepherd Neame Spitfire,this was a decent enough drink.
Background music was playing and breakfasts were being served.
The pub had a fairly laid back atmosphere on my Saturday morning visit,the pub gets very busy in the evening.
