The Recruiting Sergeant is a stone built pub that is on the main road through Great Gonerby.
Once inside there was a room at the front which was more like a bar,the bar was facing and there was a darts board in here,the room was carpeted and it was quite smart,there was a seperate room to the rear which was a restaurant.
This pub is an Everards tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Everards Tiger bitter and this was a decent drink.
I thought this was quite a nice pub to have a few drinks in.
