The Stag is a very nice looking pub that is just off the busy main road and it faces the small village green.
There are a few picnic tables at the front of the pub for nice weather, once inside there were two rooms the bar was to the left and the lounge to the right,we had a drink in the bar this was a very nice room with a stone floor and normal tables and chairs there was also a pool table at the back of this room.
This pub is an Everards tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Everards Beacon bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Everards Tiger bitter.
This was a very nice pub with a relaxed atmosphere and i would have happily stayed here a lot longer.
