A small village local with multiple rooms. There's a games room to the right with pool and darts, a drinking area in front of the bar, and two small rooms to the left. It's smart and comfortable, with quite a few people in early on Saturday evening. Two hand pumps on the bar were serving Timothy Taylor Landlord and Wainwright. I walked about a mile to try this pub after a game at Northolme in Gainsborough, but although it's pleasant enough and the beer was ok, there's not enough about it to entice me back again.

Visited this pub and the food was excelllent, beer left a little bit to be desired, landlord appeared drunk and obnoxious towards the customers on more than this occasion that we have visited, not a good way to run a business. Ps the landlady was lovely.
