Some seating in a courtyard leads to an entrance of the White Hart Hotel where a wedding was in progress in the main building, but the thin bar and coffee shop to the right was still open to the general public. Some coffee tables with low seating are found to the right and the serving counter runs across the rear wall while facing some small tables across the front wall. More seating is found to the left opposite the coffee serving area. Premium and mainstream craft keg were available alongside three hand pumps. Bateman’s Five Generations was off so the options were their XB or St Austell’s Coachmans Wheel. The service was very friendly, the lady behind the counter apologised for the smell of drains which the council were meant to be sorting out. I couldn’t really smell anything, but this still isn’t somewhere I’ll be revisiting.
