With limited opening hours we targetted our visit to what is quite a basic boozer with obscured glass in the windows and a solid entrance door. You are immediately hit by a musty smell,a section to the left with a pool table and the bar to the right with some seating under the front windows.Nobody else was in at 7.30pm on a Thursday.
Two real ales doubled clipped in Wadworth 6X and Theakston Bitter,a very unappetising selection. This was a brief visit and you do wonder how it can survive in it's current state.Open late so maybe it attracts that sort of crowd.

Standard pub. Pool table to the left with a further room in front of it. Bar to the middle as you come in with weak real ales and usual keg rubbish.
