Everards-run community boozer in a poorly-served area. L-shaped with a door separating the bars. Our late Saturday visit found a locals hoedown in the lounge bar area (oddly labelled as ‘snug’ on the door). We sat in the public bar which is fairly sports-oriented with pool, darts and football on the telly. Chequerboard quarry tile flooring but otherwise the décor is blandly inoffensive. Two Everard ales, Tiger (surprisingly excellent nick) and Original (past its best) Fair enough for what it is.
