Large place in a slightly odd location down an embankment off the main road. 1990's refurb inside which has been lightly refreshed in some parts via grey gloop and contains a number of discrete areas. Just the Bass on cask which had a feel of being on a few days too long possibly via an aspirator (NBSS 2). Named ‘1852 Brewery Company’ in reference to the date former owners Shipstone's Brewery first opened.
