the blue bell in asfordby, which is about three miles from where i live has not been a pub for about three years now since it closed and has been converted into a tea room. the fact about this pub was that as the other two pubs in the village improved many of it's customers just faded away to the horseshoes and crown inn with the second of those pubs being the main benifactor as consistant improvements have compleatly changed it. in some respects the village even with its near on 3000+ residents was to small for three pubs but there were other factors which im not going into. this pub is now closed and coverted.
