The Rose & Thistle is a white fronted Greene King pub / restaurant to the south of Haddenham, close to the village church.
There is a small bar room with comfortable seating and then a larger lounge / dining area to the right.
There’s a couple of benches to the front of the pub and then a large beer garden out back.
Three hand pumps on the bar but only dispensing GK brews with IPA, Olde Trip and Belhaven St Andrews Ale available. Fortunately the St Andrews Ale was quite a decent pint.
Nice solid village pub but nothing outstanding to rush back for.
