Built in 1899 as a Hotel for the nearby Great Central Railway, (now preserved). The building like the Railway Station has all the original features. The pub part of the Hotel is decked with railway memorabilia, the room itself wraps round the central bar. A couple of real ales are available and food is served all day. A great place to stay when visiting the Great Central Railway or to have a pint while waiting for the next train.

Next door to the great central railways station.good food,good beer and steam engines.who wants more. very comfortable rooms at a good price.
