Long and shallow pub, three knocked-through buildings I think. Fairly simple and traditional décor. GBG listed with three ales, 2x Church End (NBSS 4 and a fag-end 2.5) and Round Corner Market Pale (4). Polite barman and well-behaved dogs in situ, alongside an upright piano. Warmed to it nicely as time progressed, in part due to the ale quality.
