The Fox was a 50s built estate pub that was situated just away from the middle of Thringstone.
Once inside the pub had two decent sized rooms with a very basic bar and a smarter lounge,the pub was a Shipstones tied house when i visited it and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Shipstones bitter which was a very nice drink the other beer was Shipstones mild.
This was a locals pub with a slight edge to it.
It is a shame that this pub has now closed down.
