Dull grey exterior but decently modernised local within (blue and white shades, carpet, some grandma ephemera), retaining the 1990s servery. Two ales on over three, Bass (NBSS 3.5) and Vocation via a friendly young barman. Function room. I quite enjoyed my brief stop here, a solid local.

The Corner Pin looks a bit different to most pubs from the outside.
Once inside there was an L shaped room with the bar facing,the right side was carpeted and had a TV on the left side was bare boarded,the seating was mainly bench type and chairs,there was also a pool area to the far left.
There were two unclipped pumps on the bar,i asked for a drink of real ale but was told no real ales here,the only bitter was John Smiths smooth crap which i had a drink of and it lived up to its name it was crap.
The pub was empty on our dinner time visit.
This pub was a bit of a let down in my opinion.
