Brainy Pool left this review about The Bridge Inn
has always been known as a “locals local” pub, I just found it a harmless friendly free house with the usual well-used pool, darts and assorted machines. Customers were the full range of village life from a kid drinking fanta to a group of merry pensioners at the bar. A single handpump is not used as I suspected, the replacement of Tetleys Smooth was inoffensive at least. It’s a cosy enough old pub, if only they hadn’t smothered it in grey paint.
