The Aristocrat is situated in the middle of Aylesbury's gyratory system. Although, I believe it probably pre-dates the road system and it's probably a miracle that it is still there.
As you enter, there is a cosy room to the left-hand side with pillars creating separate seating areas. This includes a nice carpeted section with a Chesterfield. TVs were showing live Premier League football with the sound on. This was competing with music.
To the right-hand side, there is a large side room with a big screen, pool table, games machines and a couple of dartboards. A jukebox could be found near the entrance door.
London Pride is the regular cask ale here. A second beer was Landlord. Alpacalypse was on keg. Ciders were Strongbow & Strongbow Dark Fruits. Shots were promoted. Events are advertised, including an open mic night.
A fairly average pub. I have been to much better pubs in the town.

UPDATE
Had a makeover. Not sure whether this is still in Fuller's clutches or not, but of the three stumps (one unguarded) two bore London Pride. Exposed brickwork and a proliferation of wood - bare boards, panels, and crates(?) There's also a moustache-related theme dotted around - small books including "The Moustache Grower's Guide", a moustache painted on a brick column, etc. Dead on a Sunday night with overloud muzak: the London Pride was iffy too. Maybe the timing of my visit was wrong, but with the closeness of the Millwrights and Brickies, you're only going to visit here if you're a completest.

More of a naughty little brother to The Bricklayers Arms directly opposite, this Fuller's pub had just London Pride available on the ale front (two other pumps were unclipped). Internally, it has a rough L-shape with the bar on the left, seats in the window, some tables and chairs to the right and to the left and behind the bar. Much fanfare about live music, which, according to one poster, includes a Drum & Bass and Dubstep night.
