During a recent stay at the Broadfield Park Hotel I decided to have a nightcap in the bar area. I use the term “bar area’ very loosely. Heineken, Kronenburg, John Smiths, Strongbow and Strongbow Dark Fruits were the draught options. I opted for a Heineken which I drank whilst watching barely audible music videos on the plasma screen. The service was friendly, but nobody would ever drink here unless staying at the hotel.

A long standing hotel in Rochdale whose bar is aimed at residents. There's nothing to stop anyone calling in for a drink, but nobody does unless they're attending a function.
