Another very popular Croston pub, this one is more trendy than the Lord Nelson behind it and also has the superior ale selection. Black Sheep Blonde, White Rat, Bowland Gold and something else I forgot. My White Rat was probably a 5/10. It’s a lively place and popular with both diners and drinkers, and it has been modernised without being ruined.

Pleasant pub serving real ales. Nice to sit outside of in the summer.
