Newly refurbished, this Thwaites pub looked quite smart on both the inside and outside. Although for a Sunday afternoon customers were a bit thin on the ground, the Thwaites smooth bitter was top drawer.

Friendly village pub where the landlord keeps a good pint of beer. Meals are of a consistent high standard freshly prepared by the landlords wife
