a basic single roomed pub at the station entrance, serving basic real ale (Bombardier and Pedigree).you can kind of detect that it used to be a relatively olde worlde pub but sadly it has a bit of a sterile feeling about it now due to a complete lack of decor. The landlady was friendly and has just taken over, so good luck to her as it’s one of the better places in Ormskirk (which isn’t saying much).

A smallish single roomed pub with a small stage area for bands/karaoke. Its a bot run down but its better than waiting on the platform for your train. But only just. Until the dire karaoke type rubbish starts that is.
