I used to come here a few years back every day.since the pub has reopened i`ve been starting to come back but have had so many bad experiences and have found that the staff are rude and unintrested.although there food menu is fair.i dont think a chef would make as many customers complain with poor food standards. i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone.not worth the drive out to.also i`m unsure if in some way its possible to tamper with cask ales as both my pints tasted gingery.

In need of a lick of paint, which it reckons is going to happen soon (2005). Big country pub, very good food. Separate restaurant - the soups are superb!
