Quiet locals' pub opposite the old toll bridge to Colne.

There is a large open-plan, but fairly cosy room with a small games room in one corner. This contained framed football programmes, mostly from Burnley.

With just 3 other customers in, the pub lacked atmosphere somewhat. There is a music theme to some of the decor and I understand that live music is occasionally held. So, it presumably gets much busier.

The real ale choice is restricted to just 2 ales - Reedley Hallows Filly Close Blonde & Moorhouse's Free Falling. Payment is by cash only.

Entertainment At Weekends, Sports On Big Screen, Bar Snacks And Best Of All Real Ales! Three Or Four Different Guest Cask Ales Each Week, As Well As The Usual Premium Lagers, Ciders Etc And A Well Stocked Back Of Bar. This Listed Building Has Plenty Of Character, As Do The Folk Who Drink Here. Situated At The Edge Of A Picturesque Village, Opposite An Ancient Toll Bridge And Near The Canal Network It's Well Worth A Visit!
